The Royal Dalton House assisted living and the first 13 cottages will have access to the Visiting Nurse Association that is run by experienced health professionals with forty years award-winning home healthcare. This purpose built nursing home was designed to accommodate interconnecting corridors creating a safe and peaceful courtyard for residents to enjoy.

Over the years it has developed from long term supported accommodation to providing a transitional support service for people to move from homelessness.
Deerpark House is situated 10 minutes’ walk away from Cork city centre. You can come and eat your meals in the dining room, which is a happy place with a warm, homely atmosphere. We serve breakfast, dinner and tea, and you can enjoy tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day. We will involve you and your family in the conversation about your care, and our priority is to give you as much choice as possible in how you’re cared for.

Situated just Skm outside Tipperary Town, and only half an hour from Limerick city, Deerpark has been a family run nursing for over 20 years. Deerpark House in Cork, originally owned by the Christian Brothers, was developed by St Vincent de Paul as a service originally providing long term housing to men experiencing homelessness. Bantry is truly a historic town with history stretching back to Neolithic times. Its a picturesque harbour town placed on the edge of the Atlantic ocean and is a haven for fishermen and merchant ships.
We ensure that residents have access to everything they need when they need it. It is recommended that you invest enough time to find the best nursing home that fits within your budget. The catering team is led by our Group Catering and Hospitality Manager who has worked as a Head Chef for many years, and who demands high standards from her team. With her significant experience in working with older adults, our Group Catering and Hospitality Manager understands the importance of nutrition and hydration, food choice and food safety. Aperee works closely with experts in the area of food and food safety and delivers ongoing training to staff in new advances in menu design, food safety, allergens, etc. We have 42 single bedrooms and four double bedrooms for anyone who would like to share a room.

Deer Park Cottages’ residents from the first thirteen cottages will receive services at various rates depending on the type of care needed. There are seventy-six cottages of which thirteen will be directly depending on the assisted living facility. Respite care is short term care that enables a person to transition from an acute hospital setting to their own home in a phased and supported manner.
We take special care to ensure that our meals are both delicious and nutritious. Our menus include dishes to suit every taste, and all our meals are freshly prepared each day. Sheena has many years’ experience in an Intensive Cardiac Coronary unit prior to migrating from India.
Therefore, The Royal Dalton House offers multiple levels of uniquely safe and personalized care and a great supportive environment. Our residents and care team work together to create a brilliant programme of activities which will keep you busy and fulfilled. Our outings are a particular favourite with our residents, and we’ve organized some very enjoyable outings to places like Whiddy Island and Gougane Barra. But we also like to keep it local, and visits to the coffee shop at the local Supervalu and afternoon tea in a hotel are big hits with our residents. All Aperee Homes feature a landscaped and user-friendly garden space designed with resident leisure and safety in mind. Gardens are planted seasonally, often with the assistance and advice of green-fingered residents who have an interest in being involved.
